What personal data do we collect via the site?

We collect your email and name when you sign up to save items in the Library. This does not sign you up for our newsletter – if you would like to sign up, you can do that here.
Signing up for newsletter puts you in our database. As well as newsletters, you will receive occasional other emails, such as additional updates or fundraising appeals.

How we share personal data?

Confluence does not sell or share your data.

Interview Collection

Confluence has conducted interviews with tribal elders and leaders along the Columbia River, which are all in our Library. Confluence is grateful to the creator/owner of these video for granting us this interview. Out of respect for our interviewees, please do not edit and publish edited copies of the interview excerpts without securing permission via Confluence: (p) 360-693-0123, (f) 360-693-7770, (e) info@confluenceproject.org

Some of these interviews have been used in Stories From The River, a video series from Tule Films/Woodrow Hunt, which you can also find the Library.

Photos

Many of the photos used are from the collection of Thomas Robinson, used with permission. Other photos are from our personal collection, credited to the photography, are from Wikimedia Commons or have permission from museums and libraries. Photography and content is credited throughout the web site. Confluence has attempted to contact the source of any images used in this site in order to obtain rights and attribution information. If you believe that your image is used without the appropriate credit, please contact info@confluenceproject.com.
