Join the High Desert Museum for an evening with New York Times bestselling author Angeline Boulley. Called an “Indigenous Nancy Drew,” her protagonists in Warrior Girl Unearthed and Firekeeper’s Daughter provide opportunities to see Indigenous children and teens as complex and nuanced individuals. Boulley will share her 38-year-long path to publication to demonstrate the importance of Indigenous storytelling.
